Outlook Error

Good morning. This is my first time on here so not sure how it works. I am on Windows 7 and have used Outlook for awhile with no problems. This weekend when I get an email and click on something that usually goes to a web link I get this error - "The Operation has been cancelled to to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator". Well, I don't have a system administrator as this is my desktop and I am the only one who uses the computer. I tried to go to the help tab and check for updates and received the same error.

Does anyone know how to fix this problem? Thank you in advance for your help.

Have you tried using the repair function within Outlook or use CD?

Also make sure you are updating MS Outlook through windows updates.

Thank you for your reply. Actually it is all working now and I literally haven't changed or updated anything. I am running my anti-virus right now but nothing found so far. One of those strange things I will never know what really happened. Thank again and have a great Sunday.
