miseryguts Posted October 12, 2011 Report Share Posted October 12, 2011 I get this all of a sudden any time i visit a site that has streaming media, Youtube, Dailymotion etc, etc everything seems to be fine if i cancel, ie: the sites still play the media, but it is more than a little irritating.. anyone got any idea what is causing this & how to fix it..? Makcalable Posted October 13, 2011 Report Share Posted October 13, 2011 You could try making sure you have the very latest Video Drivers installed and up to date by visiting your Manufacturer website or Vendor. Check your Device Manager for any obvious issues in there like Exclamation marks etc,,,, Might be worth you while running a scan for Malware/Viruses etc... See here - and here Also check your Event Viewer for any Error or other information that might shed some light on this issue What Browser are you using? If it is anything other than Google Chrome make sure you have the latest Flash Player Installed as there have been issues recently with older versions. If you are using IE9 and you have the X64 version then it is important to note that there is a newly released version of the Flash Player for the X64.
