Kumarrrr
Hi everyone,I have been tasked with taking care of the replacement of all the printers in my organisation. We have like 200 computers/printers, and all our windows logins are through a domain, DXG.And the computers may be shared by different users, all with their individual user id's.So this is the issue, I am facing.. when I install the printer drivers, I log in as Administrator/Local-PC.After the installation I set Tray 1 to A5, and Tray 2 to A4, and Multi Purpose Feeder to sticky label. The problem I am facing is, whenever any other user log in to the computer, the printing preferences don't stick. It resets to the default. Tray 1 is letter, etc etc.How do I fix this ?
ɹəuəllıʍ ʇɐb
Not sure what you are describing; you set the printer settings as Administrator, and the settings are not set for other users?Or non-admin users set the settings, but but are reset to default when they login again? When they log in they see factory settings.
ɹəuəllıʍ ʇɐb
Of course, these are per-user settings.
