KJohns Posted August 3, 2013 Report Share Posted August 3, 2013 I was facing a problem yesterday that was not permitting me to install the Skype on my new window xp sp2. While installing the Skype an error occurs Failed to get PROLogicalProcessor information (Kernel32.dll) After searching the answer along i found that it was due to the old Service pack that my new XP has.
