Hi,

I bought an Asus Zenbook UX302LG with Windows 8 preinstalled in it and I wanted to install Ubuntu in dual-boot. I made many attempts and at the end when I was turning on the pc, I hab the Grub Menu from where I was able to run Ubuntu 13.10. The windows option from the grub wasn't working but i was able to run windows by pressing escape during the Bootup and selecting it directly from the boot options of the efi menu.

One day, I was on Windows 8 and it freeze, I restarted the PC and from there the only things that I get is a black screen even if I select Windows 8 by pressing escape during the Bootup. I tried to Reinstall ubuntu in dual-boot but it doesn't work.

From there I attemps to restore Windows 8 with an recovery media that I created before trying to install Ubuntu but it's an SD card and now I realise that I can't boot on an SD card.......

I ask the Asus support and they told me to sent back my computer, thing that I can't do because I'm abroad or to press F9 during the bootup to select the recovery patition but when I do it the only things that I get is a black screen......

I'm asking you some help to run this recovery partion to restore restore windows 8. Thank you for taking the time to read this message and thank you in advance for your help

I attach a screen of gparted tool taken from a live session of Ubuntu (It's pretty messed because of the many attemps to install ubuntu)
