All the exchanges listed below should be converted to broadband during February next year as part of BT's broadband registration scheme. We only need another 150 houses and we're home and dry.EDIT: I read, some six months ago, that the technology exists to make upgrading an exchange profitable with as few as 16 subscribers. If the communications backbone still belonged to the country we'd all have Broadband by now. Vote Tory ? I'd rather vote labour first and that will be by carrier bat from Hades.
