Paul
ellas is this ok before i orderThis onethanksmadboy33A few things to note about that system - It has 256MB mem which is the min spec to comfortably run XP with and its the slower PC2100 DDR.It doesn't mention what graphics it has so I can only assume it is onboard which isnt good if you plan to play any recent games titles. It doesn't say what the mobo is so I would be wary of what they are fitting as it could be an all in 1 PC chips or worse.Just my thoughts. Paul
it has to be alot quicker than my system running XP- 700mhz PIII with 512mb sdramSure it will be quicker but I fear that the mobo will be holding back the potential of your chip. madboy33
And this sytem is about £150 cheaper than novatech, they wanted the same price but without XP and Msworksuite 2003and a AMD 2000(mine is going to be a 2200)madboy33
Guest Timeforabeer
madboy...It might be worth adding an extra 256mb chip as i have a suspicion that the video chipset might use the system memory to run.....ie. If the video card is set to 64 meg..then it will only leave you with 192 meg of system memory.
madboy33
Timeforabeerthey want an extra £41 for another 256mb ram, which is quite expensive, so i will buy it from elswherelooked on crucial site they are selling it for £21madboy33
