I have Windows 7 I have never gotten this message before in my life. When I try to log on it says what is written above. I tried logging on in safe mode it won't log on, doesn't work. First question is what does that mean "Group policy client service failed logon access denied?" Second question how do I get past it? Third questions I have important items on this computer is there a way to move files from the hard drive to another drive without even being able to use the computer? If so how? Thanks in advance for any help :) Skarrlette
