  1. Hi , my name is Matias. For some months now I've been having some problems with my presonus firestudio 26x26 Firewire Audio interface on Windows 7 ultimate 64 bits , the pc just crashes and windows freezes. The funny thing is that this happens every time I turn on my pc , i get like 5 to 10 minutes to use it without any problems and then just suddenly it freezes so I have to manually reset the pc , sometimes i get the blue screen. After that I can work the rest of the day without any problems but these happens every day , one crash , manual reboot and then all works just fine. When i look at the windows event log , i can see that the critical error that i'm getting right before the pc crashes is the Kernell-Power event 41 (63). I've tried disconnecting the Firestudio Audio Firewire Interface and the pc works just fine , no crashes and no problems. If you could help me solve this annoying problem and give me more info regarding these particular error i would really appreciate it , I'm currently using my pc on music production purposes , thanx Matias. PD: These is my current PC set up: -Intel core I7 930 , 2.80 ghz. -6 gb ram ddr 3. -Asus p6t Motherboard. -3 sata hdd with a total of 1 Tera disk space. -Zotac gtx 460 video card. -Topower m2 650 modular Power Source - Presonus Firestudio 26x26 Audio Interface.
