Hey Friends, I need your help in getting a solution. I want to attach a message on the windows screen irrespective of wallpapers. I will be leaving a message on my personal desktop screen. The wallpapers can change, but the message needs to be there... I got a software as BGINFO, it is helping me to put a message on the screen, but whenever I am changing the wallpaper, the message is getting erased.... :( :( I want something that will help me to put some message on the desktop screen, and the wallpaper can be changed as and when required....Please suggest me some solution....
