  1. As far I know Microsoft reserves 20% bandwidth of our internet connection. How to release that reserved bandwidth and increase internet speed? If anybody knows that please help me. I am using a slow speed internet connection of 256 KBps as microsoft reserves 20% of my bandwidth I am receiving approximately about 201 KBps. The internet connection speed is not steady in our region so I get only about 140-180 KBps. That gives me about 16 to 24 KBps download speed. If It is possible to reveal the reserved 20% bandwidth that will help me with my browsing and downloading experience. Please help me if you know something about this. Thanks in advance
