This is a program i wrote in C# to change the background for the login screen in Windows Machines Vista and Later. as far as windows 8 im not sure but if anyone can give insight on that it will be appreciated :) Download: http://windowsforums...&attach_id=1881 http://www.mediafire...4mifxd6mk5mtj64 Instructions: unzip/install program click Browse and choose a jpg lower than 256kb and hit start button to set background ... just that simple. if you like my program please recommend to friends i really want to get more into programming in C#; so your downloads will help a lot with motivation :) thank you here is some screenshots of the program also if you like the program any donations are much appreciated and will really help out .. thank you guys in advance for your support and interest in the program

About half way through http://www.wilderssecurity.com/showthread.php?t=239750 , the OP writes about using the Windows firewall to only allow certain IPs to be contacted by an application. How do you figure out what the update sites are, or the reason that an application is contacting a particular IP?
