    HI, I've been having a problem lately. I downloaded a software that I really want to use but when I open it, a window pops out saying I need a username and password (credentials?). So I went to the credential manager and deleted all vaults of credentials. But when I went back to the software, it still asks me for the username and password. I don't know what to do. I'm really bad at computers so don't abbreviate anything if you can help it. Help?
