  1. Hello everyone I'm about to purchase the Dell Inspiron 5000, it's under $700 budget gaming laptop located here, the performance is really great compared to it's price, i searched online and found that the screen has low quality, so is it that bad for just find to be acceptable to while play games
  2. My 5-6+ years old Dell Inspirion won’t boot. Sometimes it just starts the fans and beeps a couple of times before it dies. In the past it has always worked to pull out the power cord and let the machine stand unplugged for a while. One time that trick didn’t work. I unplugged it, reseated the ram and used an air blower to clean out the dust. After that the machine worked again. It has been working for two months now. This morning it didn’t work. So in addition to reseating the ram and air blowing, I also reseated the video card and changed the battery on the motherboard. I had to change some bios settings and go trough a disk check, but everything is working again. Yey! But for how long? Any tips about this? How can I get my computer to last for longer than two months at a time? Thanks in advance. On247
  3. Hey People, New here! Can anyone tell me if I get an Unused Dell OEM product key for windows 8 will it work on a clean install of my tablet? (Acer Iconia W500). Obviously i'd have the correct software for the product key. I have not had problems using OEM keys (inc Dell) for windows 7, but wondered if anything has changed with Windows 8? Thanks :)
