    Hey Folks, Ok this is a bit of a weird issue. I googled for a bit and didn't find a single other person with this problem. My "Sound" menu won't open. When I right click on the Volume button in the task bar. Trying to launch "Sound","Playback Devices", or "Recording Devices" get no reaction from the machine. No errors or freezing. The sound itself works but I can't access the menu for it. Launching it through the Control Panel doesn't work either. Any ideas? Windows 8 Pro 64bit Edit: Here is a video I made of the issue.
