Unable to open any login web page (like gmail, fb, etc.) rest of the web pages are working fine. system - win vista 32 bit on acer 5920g laptop Tried on all browser- IE,chrome and mozilla. Cleaned cookies (cookie enabled) and cache and no proxy is there.Internet security level is medium. Checked for malware- none found. My MS security essential DB won't update tried on differnt wi-fi, gave same result. I had already done system restore and datestamp stuff. Whats am I missing? error is always to look for lan settings. Do I need to format OS?
