Okay, so a few days ago I noticed my Windows 7 clipboard wasn't working right as whenever I tried to paste anything nothing would happen and said nothing was in the clipboard, I am assuming one of my registry cleaners ended harming the clipboard. I still found the clipboard in System 32. Now before I tried doing the command "sfc/scannow" but before it only got to 6%. I assume it was a virus and started the computer up in safe mode, I scanned with my anti-virus,anti-malware and anti-spyware but found nothing. I asked around and was told to turn off all my virus/spyware and malware and try using combofix. I did this and it says it found and fixed a few problems but still could only get to 6%. What I was told after was to try to use Tuneup Utilities 2012 to fix it, it ended up harming another registry item basically making me have to hit the "Use as Admin" for everything I tried to use. I tried "sfc/scannow" again and it worked. It finished and told me to restart the computer, I did so, it fixed the registry item tuneup messed up but not the clipboard. My computer is also freezing up now. So I am kinda at a loss, I have no clue what to do now, my computer ,an Asus, never came with a Windows 7 disc just with it already installed so what else can I do to fix my clipboard? If it helps my computer is an Asus g73j with Windows 7 64 bit. Does anyone know how to fix it? Thanks, in advanced.
