  1. I have win7. Home Premiume 64 Bit and I did have Avast Virus program and MailwareBytes. I did and update on both and ran them and they found nothing. And I ran command pront as Administartor and ran sfc/scannow and it found nothing. So I got rid of both of these programs and got Windows Security Esantles 64 Bit and did an update and then ran it it found nothing. But this is my prablem? I go into Controle Pannale and then system security. Then I go to security center. When I am in security center it says security center is turned off. I click turn on Now Tab and it tells me security center can not be started. and this happens with Firewall as well?
