dgonz
Hello, Whenever I go to open a folder, say My Documents, off of the start menu, or whenever I try to open a folder off of the desktop, my screen clears except for the background. Then after about 30 seconds or so the toolbar and all the applications I had running appear again. I can, however, open programs for the most part, although I cannot open Internet Explorer. Fortunately I downloaded Mozilla a couple weeks prior to this happening. Any help would be much appreciated, because even though I can open folders through Mozilla...it's quite a hinderance. ::dan

Agent Smith
Hi dgonz, and welcome to the Forum.I see from your first post, that you are unable to open Internet Explorer. What exactly happens when you try to use IE? Do you have active desktop enabled? If so what happens if you turn it off.Did you install anything, or make any changes (no matter how trivial they may seem) just prior to your problems starting?Mr. Mouse.
