Hurdy
First time in a long, long time a BSOD!Kernal_data_inpage_errorSTOP: 0x0000007A (OXE1D8BEB4,0x000000E,0xBF97158A,0X1372C860)When it re-booted it wouldn't go past the'verifying DMI' part.Looked at MS site but I was too agitated to take it all in except it may be my HD failing.Took off connectors and re-booted. Switched off PC - re-connected HD and it booted up running CHKDSK.Phew! but for how long?Has anybody any insight into this problem?
christmascracker
Can't really help there Hurdy, except I've had two BSOD in the last 6 months and after a reboot everything has been ok.(and still is) Not that it's a lot of consolation. If it happens more than once, then worry - could be just one of those things :unsure:http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?...1&Product=winxp
