swifter_uk Posted August 14, 2004 Report Share Posted August 14, 2004 I have been looking over a friends machine that has had plenty of problems, (probably user error, but that's another story :lol: )It seems they might have tried to re-load XP at some point & now when the machine is turned on you have to select whether to run Windows XP Home or XP Setup...I guess the installation files are temporarily residing somewhere but I cant find where :unsure: Anone know where I should look to stop this happening, I have it working perfectly for them now except for this extra step required on starting up the machine.TIA Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
