Every time i try to run any kind of video or clip on my PC it seems to zoom in greatly to the middle of the video. it is not the kind of zoom you can set though media player or any kind of App contolred zoom but a glitched kind if you will it aslo greatly reducxes the quality of the section it zooms into. Scarecrow Man Posted September 15, 2004 Report Share Posted September 15, 2004 If you download a video at 320X240 or something like that, and you maximize it, it goes to the size of your desktop, something like 800x600 or more. The quality of the video is going to decrease greatly because of it. If the video looks good at normal size, it's not a problem with your video, it's probably the quality of the video itself. Ive played most of these videos before and they've worked great. this is only a recent problem. and also it does this to ALL videos i try whether it be .mpeg .avi or anything. it also has to be something with my PC becuase videos i run off a DVD or a CD-R do the same thing and it doesnt do it on any other PC. crono1671 Posted September 15, 2004 Author Report Share Posted September 15, 2004 the vidoes cant have become corrupted cause most are on disk and run fine on other machines and i tried updating my drivers but that didnt work and i have a Gefroce FX 5200 Ultra. Scarecrow Man Posted September 16, 2004 Report Share Posted September 16, 2004 Are you getting the drivers from NVidia's website?hmmm... Also, go Start > Control Panel > System and open the driver manager. Make sure there is not a yellow exclamation point beside the driver.Also, if you have the CD that came with the card, install that driver and see what happens.
