doug Posted October 5, 2004 Report Share Posted October 5, 2004 In order for me to simplify my collections for my sponsorsip I have created a spreadsheet with house No.s, Names amounts and the main page for the sponsorship form. You may imagine that as I have been back several times to catch those people I have missed this is quite a database. etc. In order to avoid pestering people, each evening I hide the rows for those who have coughed up, then do an updated print out. This list is starting to shrink. Now I want to refine the execise by producing the amount outstanding so I thought I could sum just those rows which are not hidden. Sure I've done this in the past. Could someone point me in the right direction? Edit There are 29 pages of the main sponsorship form with 16 entries per..
