Hurdy Posted October 6, 2004 Report Share Posted October 6, 2004 Regarding moon's thread...I found the remarks by northamuk and -pops- to be churlish and mean.It was started with the intent of causing disruption.That remark is particularly insulting.Any forum depends on the goodwill of its members and when transparent moderating is called for surely that can be answered without such responses.For the record - I do not want this topic closed.I would like the matter to be discussed openly in the forums and not via PMs. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

If a reasonable debate can be held then I agree it should be visible to all forum members.Probably best done in the forum related area where members only can view. A thread with no other purpose than to cause disquiet.I don't care whether you want this or the other thread open.Remember that Windows Forum is supposed to be respected and serious, not a place for people to act out whatever petty little thing that niggles them.If anyone has a complaint about the way the Forum is operated, make your comments to the person who can do something about it - Craig.If this thread disappears soon it will be me or one of the other mods who have moved it and I make no apology for doing that.
