kerry44 Posted October 20, 2004 Report Share Posted October 20, 2004 When I click on an e-mail link in IE, a box comes up which says "the default mail client is not properly installed", and when I close the box a whole pile of blank browser windows opens up, but OE does not open. djohn Posted October 21, 2004 Report Share Posted October 21, 2004 Try, Start/all programs and look for the Outlook express Icon on the menu. Left click and it should open with a dialogue box saying Express is not your default mail program, do you want to make it the default mail? Yes/No. Click on yes then express should come up in future.
