Guest PC Eejit
Read near enough any PC magazine and you'll see the latest reviews highlighted for 3GHZ processors, the latest Athlons, the newest motherboards and the new Nvidia or ATI graphics cards. You'll be told how fast these are, how they set new benchmark records and how they make the system you bought 2 months ago positively antiquated. They'll have charts in telling you that your processor "while no longer a top performer still copes with day to day tasks". When you bought it, it was the quickest available.THEN........you'll get columns from reviewers disillusioned with "pointless cpu upgrades", graphics cards so powerful that no games use them, features on motherboards that aren't utilised and probably won't be for the next 18 months.THEN THEY HAVE THE CHEEK TO TELL YOU TO STICK WITH YOUR OLD PC FOR THE NEXT FEW MONTHS UNTIL THE PRICES OF WHAT THEY'VE JUST REVIEWED COMES DOWNAaaaaarrrrrrrrgggggggggggghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!! Why do they do this?!
