flashmxfreak Posted November 12, 2004 Report Share Posted November 12, 2004 After instalation SP 2 on XP Pr. have problem.After start (log in) appears the win messagge (window) with aplikation error (see the picture err_01.jpg).Q. How can i solve it? For what is the file smlogsvc.exe?Can i close the file? If i close it in task manager it will be started anew automaticaly (See app_on.jpg).It is on my home PC, which is connected to internet over modem.Please help.Thank a lot Jan. I do not know why you are seeing this message but, is the computer operating correctly, except for this?There are some Microsoft KB articles about smlogsvc.exe such as 840114, 273653, 841694, 838039 and 282524.
