Redhat
New scam doing the rounds, someone has said his life has been threatened by the scammers, but people are generally not willing to believe that. ( http://www.dslreports.com/forum/remark,12022117;mode=flat ) > You sell something on Ebay or the like.> Someone buys it, and pays by cashier's check. > They inform you that they accidently sent you a check for more money, and say can you send some back please. > The check and account are invalid and you lose your money, if you sent anything. Keep you're eye out! Remember, even after selling, I do believe you can still refuse the transaction and sending of the item if you have suspicions.
