don't ask Posted December 17, 2004 Report Share Posted December 17, 2004 I ordered something last Saturday - availability for the product says 3 - 5 days - every time I look at the order tracking page it has crosses against the items 'All stock allocated' and 'despatched'.Oh dear - will it come soon :huh: - daughter-in-law getting desperate to print out her college asignment. -pops- Posted December 17, 2004 Report Share Posted December 17, 2004 I've used them several times with no problems at all.Something you might note for the future though - this applies to any and all on-line suppliers - I NEVER buy anything unless it clearly states it is in stock. After placing my order, I then check again that the item is immediately available.These 3 - 5 day statements are euphemisms for "out of stock and we don't really know when we're getting more in."You could give them a call on 0870 745 3555 or email [email protected] Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
