trevsweb Posted January 3, 2005 Report Share Posted January 3, 2005 wondering if anyone has heard of this portable gaming device coming on the 2nd week of januaryruns off a modified version of Windows CE 5 with a hybrid GUI and looks very niceok ok i run a gizmondo fan site forum so im really just trying to get people to take notice of the gizmondo take a look at my forums ( http://www.gizmondoforums.com ) and join if your that bored :Panyway as a fan site owner i got a chance to visit the headquarters and play on the final product and get some very cool but very secret as of yet info tho i signed a NDA so i cant say anything even to my members :(the gizmondo as i said will be out around the end of january with three bundled games (not pushing the console but playable games none the less) at about £230 current preorder system on their official website says excluding VAT but thats a load of crap :Sthe gizmondo houses a crystal clear tft screen rez about 320x240 and a nvidia sc-10 i think 3d graphics chip.also it has a built in (blooming good) camera looking to be at least 1 mpixel if not more. the gizmondo also has GPS tracking for use on some gmaes and features it will soon have maps for navigation :) GPRS and txt/mms message sending the GPRS is to be used for t'nternet and online gaming :)theres loads more features like movie and music playback but ill let you find out the rest, if you have any questions shoot them up on here and ill post my reply :) Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
