don't ask
When I powered on PC about 5 minutes ago - the PC beeped 3 times then showed a message saying C: FAILURE Press F1 to resume. It then booted up OK (perhaps just a fraction slow).Oh dear! I'll see what happens next time I power on.I guess this is a pretty serious message ! homecomputeraid
It could be that there's an immanent hard drive failure, or it could just be a loose connection. You might reseat the power and data cables on the hard drive?
Sir Radfordin
More critically you might like to do a backup!
scuzzman
That 3-beep is a POST code...Most likely your Hard-Drive has failed  Try reseating the connections as HCA suggests, tehn begin looking to do a backup/replacement, if you can pull any data from the hard-drive.
