DigitalMan Posted January 30, 2005 Report Share Posted January 30, 2005 Alright, got a bit of a problem here. I reformatted my computer on the 16th, and everything was working well. But all of a sudden, it gained the most annoying quirk. After being on for about an hour or two, the entire hard drive seems to go into read-only mode. Absolutely any program that tries to save anything will get an access denied message, and can't save (except 3D Studio, which decides to save anyways).I know it's not a virus, and every other explanation I've run across wouldn't wait two hours to activate.
