persianpower Posted February 18, 2005 Report Share Posted February 18, 2005 Heyim looking for a site that offers a FREE online storage service.Something like freedrive.com but with capacity reaching well into the GB range. freedrive.com only has 10MB capacity which sucks.I plan to use my online hdd when travelling, so i can have access to my mp3z, documents and programs in case i choose to use them on various computers in various places in the future.Anyone know of a good, stable online storage program/service they'd be proud to recommend?Thank yap.s.is there a program or tool that allows a sufer to do a complete search of an entire WEBSITE (i know i can do a search of a WEBPAGE) meaning the page im looking at but id like to be able to screen and filter a whole SITE and all its sub-pages for TEXT?p.p.s.what is g-mail and how does it differ from web mail (i.e. yahoo?) scuzzman Posted February 18, 2005 Report Share Posted February 18, 2005 gmail is webmail by google that allows 1 GB free email storage.there is also http://www.hriders.com - they offer 1TB online email storage (excellent for backing up mp3s etc) but their system is very buggy as of yet.
