tschless Posted March 13, 2005 Report Share Posted March 13, 2005 My system, Laptop w/XP SP2, was doing well except for some problems with mulitple language toolbars in the taskbar appearing and disappearing after every boot of the system. After I connected to a video projector with 1024 x 768 resolution for which the display resolution needed to change from 1280 x 1024 to 1024 x 768 I am seeing a strange problem that I have not seen before.When I run my laptop in 1280 x 1024 again all programs display in this resolution but IE6.0.2900 opens in a much lower resolution. Every page is displayed in what looks like 800 x 600 or 1024 x 768.Does anyone have an idea how to change this so that IE displays in the set resolution? djohn Posted March 13, 2005 Report Share Posted March 13, 2005 I'm pleased you found the answer tschless and thank you for letting us know.I didn't realise it was just the text in the window of IE6 that seemed larger, I thought you meant all the text and graphics seemed slightly larger, plus the window itself.
