I was on sky in England for a long while no probs, also in Spain for a year, pic froze a bit on a couple of channels occasionaly due to the heat :D , but now on cable, half the cost of sky and most sky channels plus more.

It's NTL cable that has been letting me down. The box would not switch on or off today. Had to reboot yet again.

Our cable is different here, there is no box just a coax lead in back of TV.

andsome, ours also decides to crash quite randomly also. This happens especially with interactive and on demand. It also takes a lightyear to boot the damned thing up.

We're moving to sky anyway.

Sounds just like mine. Yesterday it would not even switch on at all. The little green light just sat there. Had to reboot yet again, and as I said this is a new box just a week or two ago, and a new isolator fitted into the point of entry through the wall.
