hi im using the DVD authoring software called HT (Honestech) Ultra Long DVD (latest full version) http://www.honestech.com/

Ive visited the site already looking for someone or something that can help me

there seems to be little to none technical support

I have a problem with chapters

During the Chapter assinging portion of the step-by-step instructions, there is an ability to set chapters to each specific "ready 2 burn" video file.

The problem:

no matter what i do i can't get my dvd to streamlessly plan from the end of one video file to the beginning of the next one.

This means, on tv, my finalized dvd jumps back to the main menu after each individual video file comes to an end. My dvd player then asks me which video i want to have played next.

I prefer to just press play once at the beginning and have the dvd automatically play all video files (in the order i specified). Instead, it just stops and i have to manually instruct the dvd player which part of the dvd to play next.

Q1: is there another source for help on this specific program other than the homepage

Q2: if anyone is familiar with this program, and that can get desired results, can you please contact me?

Q3: this is a chapter-related problem right? cuz everything else works perfect.

p.s.

this program creates dvds upto 16 hours in length (capacity remains locked at 4.3GB). So far, ive created 3 10-hour long dvds with it (all perfect expect for this problem)

note: when i created 2 hour long dvds with nero i did not have this problem
