As I don't use a home network, I think I can but I would like confirmation from someone who knows! Also would it be better to uninstall the service(s) if they are not needed? homecomputeraid Posted April 10, 2005 Report Share Posted April 10, 2005 I'm not sure you'll be able to connect without the Microsoft Client. I've never tried. You normally need some kind of client to connect to a network. If you decide to turn it off, remember how to turn it on again in case you need it.
