Easy way to report Phishing Scams

Along the lines of Nel's post, I found this in an online article about Phishing:

I've received some PayPal and financial scam e-mails, but it can be quite a headache to find the proper place to report such activity to a particular victim business. This place looks like a repository for Phishing scams.
