benjamin.durham Posted May 2, 2005 Report Share Posted May 2, 2005 Yesterday whilst on the computer the computer stopped and displayed a blue screen of death error message, it displayed Bugcode_USB_Driver, At the bottom the code said: ***STOP: 0X000000FE (0X00000002, 0X820EC5F0, 0X82E6E870, 0X82E21D701) I rebooted my pc and a error report was displayed 'Windows has recovered from a serious error', I have encloased what it says in two images. After doing that, sometimes IE opens with information on the status of the problem.[Added] Do you remember what you were doing when the crash occurred? Anything involving a USB device? ɹəuəllıʍ ʇɐb Posted May 2, 2005 Report Share Posted May 2, 2005 Updating the drivers may (or may not) help, so please post again if it happens again.I see that you have XP-SP2, which resolves the single BUGCODE_USB_DRIVER crash listed on the Microsoft support site.You can also try to Google the support sites of your printer and modem manufacturers.
