-pops- Posted May 30, 2005 Report Share Posted May 30, 2005 I am seriously dis-chuffed with my BB service this weekend.The connection is continually being dropped - requiring a cold reboot to get it going again. The BT Broadband Service Status line (telephone) states that there are no reported problems with the service. Then, after a long pause, goes on to say that they are carrying out maintenance on the service and that "some" subscribers "may" experience breaks in their Internet Service which "may" require a reboot of the system.Well, BT let me tell you that this has happened too much this weekend. I have spoken to several people on BT BB in my area and, without exception, this "some" and "may" translates to "all" and "will".Anyone else having problems in other areas?
