Bev
Hi, Hope you can help because BT cant  I have recently subscribed to BT Broadband. I have been having some system problems which may be the result of backlash from removed, virus and malware. Anyway I am pretty sure the system is clean now. However my system keeps hanging when I go online cant do anything but power off and on again. One theory is the modem or broadband connection. To eliminate this I am trying to uninstall and reinstall the software for BT Voyager 105. I cant it comes upwith an error box see attached. I have tried to uninstall through control panel add/remove but there's no listing. Any ideas ? :)
CurlyWhirly
If you want to uninstall the modem drivers have you tried Add/remove Pro from Click here as I use it myself and you should be able to uninstall the drivers after using this program.
