ɹəuəllıʍ ʇɐb
Environment Variables settings has two sections: user variables, and system variables.I can understand that probably system variables are for all users, and user variables are for the specific user. But how are they applied when an environment variable is the same for system and user, e.g. PATH? Are they concatenated? And a second question: when I change the PATH (or any other environment variable), when does the change become active - immediately, or after a reboot?
