Guest Damo
As im sure some of you are aware my site doesnt fill the whole of the page, just sits there in the top left corner! What I would like to do is shift the whole of it over so it sits in the centre of the browser, but still at the top of it.Im using Dreamweaver MX and the site was crated using layers and tables, so if anyone knows I'd be very grateful!CheersDamo
Prince of Calcutta
i think you need to use percentages or something .. like width of a horizontal line as 80% size of the browser window and such.. will have a look and be back if i can add something more usefull! HARDCORE
Hey Damo, if you are using tables it is quite easy to center everything, you just have to make sure you do it at the top level. Here is how I do my site, I too use Dreamweaver exclusively:At the VERY BEGINNING of the first table and every major table I "align" to center. That will actually align the table to center, not the contents. If you want to align the contents to center just add the "align=center" to the td or tr attributes.

hope this helps!HARDCORE
