masefield Posted July 28, 2005 Report Share Posted July 28, 2005 I know this might sound a basic question - but I am using Avast anti-virus v.4.6 Home Edition on all my pcs at home ie one laptop and two pcs. One of the pcs has revealed a windows security center message claimimg that the virus program is out of date. I have checked that my laptop is running with the current upto date program, which it is and I have also manually updated the avast program on the other pc rebooted but it is still saying that it is out of date.
