Scarecrow Man
This is normal. You will have to change the horizontal and vertical sizes and postitions via the controls on your monitor. They are usually buttons on the front of your monitor, or a scroll wheel along the bottom. ɹəuəllıʍ ʇɐb
Most modern monitors also have an Auto button; use this if you see it.
callousdivine
I had a similar problem on my laptop after installation. I had to download the drivers for my graphics card and monitor and adjust the settings in the Display Properties tab from right clicking the Desktop then clicking Properties.
