madboy33 Posted January 4, 2003 Report Share Posted January 4, 2003 Hi folksWe are all so busy in slating companies i thought i would put one on a pedestalI bought an extra stick of ram from Novatech NOVATECH WEBSITE and it was wrongI sent them and e-mail and i would say within half an hour they were on the phone to me, i posted my problems in another forum before this one was running and everyone was of the opinion that i had the wrong stick.Well Novatech appologised and sent me out another stick which was wrong again, once again i e-mailed them and within half an hour another phone call appologising.I sent them a digital image of my old stick, returned the other one and they sent me the correct stick with a £20 voucher.Now that what i call customer careThe £20 voucher was much appreciated so i upgraded again with that and now i have 512mb ram instead of 128mbwell done Novatechmadboy33 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
