Scarecrow Man
After upgrading from Windows ME to Windows XP, I noticed the Panda Anti Virus was no longer in the task bar. The Windows Security ballon poped up telling me No Anti Virus was installed, so I checked the program folder. Sure enough it was there, and I was able to launch it via the .exe. The only problem now is 3 of 4 components of the Anti Virus are no longer running. I do not have the original disc as this is an upgrade for someone else... I am hoping they have the disc still. Is this a known bug? or something that can be patched? I've noticed this with a lot of AV software. AVG has the same problem. pa1916
You will require the Panda software disk so that the software can check your subsrciption status you will have to enter your activation code as this was lostwhen you upgraded your OS.If you can't get hold of the disk you will have to purchase a new copy of Panda.
