AlanHo
I have two friends who use Tesco broadband. When sending them Emails from home using telewest broadband I quite often get a message back that the mail has been delayed and there is no need to re-send it. Sometimes a couple of days later I get a message that says it could not be delivered. I do not get similar messages for Emails sent through other ISP's.Recently I tried sending them Emails from the USA using blueyonder webmail - all got bounced. I then tried using Hotmail only to find that 70% of these got bounced. Now I am back in the UK the problem is less severe but still happens.Any ideas ??? masefield
Hi thereHave just dropped on your post - I was looking for a possible answer as to why my Father-in-law (who also lives in Solihull) who has just subscribed to Tesco Broadband but is having problems even connecting (apparent fault indicates no dial tone and flashing adsl green light, through broadband in the first place. We have a family friend who lives in France (Wanadoo) who has ent him approx 3-4 emails since New Years Day and none of them have been received on my Father-in-law's email account. Don't understand problem as others have been received.
AlanHo
The problem I posted last year has evaporated and I am now able to send Emails to my friends on Tesco Broadband without problems. I did not do anything - neither did they - so the cause remains a mystery.(Having boasted - I bet it now comes back again)
