Messed up my taskbar

Recommended Posts

I have managed to completely mess up my taskbar, and the more I try to move things into the original positions, the worse it gets. Have a look at this

Does anybody know of a way to reset the taskbar to the original Windows install setting?

I could restore last week's system backup, but if there's an easier way...

Try to make its height twice (right click and un-select Lock the taskbar) and try again to put them in the right position...

That's actually how it started.

I have done a few reboots, and it's a bit better now. But I may have to reboot a couple more times...

I will try tomorrow - very tired today from working during a public holiday... :(

That's a daft thing to do. :D :D :D

Couldn't agree more with you! Won't do that again - until next time... :P

Did another reboot this morning, and my taskbar is miraculously restored to what it used to be.
