Hattori Posted December 8, 2005 Report Share Posted December 8, 2005 Hi, I'm trying to install Apache http server 2.0.49 on Windows XP PRO SP2 operating. I shutdown all of the firewall applications, anti-spyware applications, and anti-virus application to get Apache to work. The error that I keep getting is this message:make_sock: could not bind to address 0.0.0.0:80no listening sockets available, shutting down.I went to C:\Program Files\Apache Group\Apache2\conf directory and change it to Listen 143.132.xxx.xxx:80,where xxx is my IP address. This has the same problem as the previous. I can't give you my IP address because it's illegal here. What should I do to fix this problem.
